Apple made the 2019 13-inch MacBook Pro in two versions. The Two Thunderbolt 3 ports model uses a 1.4GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 (configurable to a 1.7GHz quad-core Core i7) with Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645, while the Four Thunderbolt 3 ports model steps up to a 2.4GHz quad-core Core i5 (configurable to a 2.8GHz quad-core Core i7) with Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655. Both came with 8GB of 2133MHz LPDDR3 memory as standard, configurable to 16GB.
Both versions share the same 13.3-inch Retina display at 2560 by 1600, with 500 nits of brightness, Wide color (P3) and True Tone. Above the full-size backlit keyboard sits the Touch Bar with an integrated Touch ID sensor, and the Force Touch trackpad handles Multi-Touch gestures and Force clicks.
Every Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) port supports charging, DisplayPort and Thunderbolt at up to 40Gb/s, and the laptop can drive one 5K display or up to two 4K displays alongside the built-in screen.
