What warranty do refurbished devices come with?

Every device we sell includes a 12-month return-to-base warranty covering functional faults. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will repair or replace the device. Accessories are brand new and covered by the same 12-month warranty.

What do the condition grades (Good, Very Good, Like New) mean?

Grades describe cosmetic appearance only — every device is 100% functional and fully tested by our Auckland technicians. Like New has a pristine screen and no wear visible from a 12-inch distance; Very Good has barely visible micro scratches on the screen, light scratches hardly visible from a 12-inch distance and no dents; Good has micro scratches on the screen (invisible when it is on), visible scratches from a 12-inch distance and possible dents. What does the battery health percentage mean?

80% means the battery holds at least 80% of its original capacity — Apple’s own threshold for a healthy battery. 100% means a new or nearly-new battery. If a battery drops below its stated spec during the warranty period due to a fault, it is covered.

How much is shipping, and how fast is delivery?

Shipping is free NZ-wide. Orders are dispatched from Auckland and typically arrive in 1–3 business days.

Can I return a device if I change my mind?

Yes — we offer 15-day change-of-mind returns (from delivery). The device needs to come back in the condition it was sent, with all included accessories. Refunds are processed once the device has been checked by our technicians.

Are your phones unlocked? Will they work with my NZ carrier?

Yes. All our phones are fully unlocked and work with every New Zealand carrier, including Spark, One NZ and 2degrees.

Where do your refurbished devices come from?

Devices are sourced, tested, graded and restored by our own technicians in Auckland. Every unit passes a full functional test before it is listed, and the listing shows its exact cosmetic grade and battery health.

Do refurbished devices come with accessories?

Phones include a compatible charging cable. Original boxes and accessories are generally not included unless stated in the listing — that is part of how refurbished devices stay so much cheaper than new.

Is buying refurbished actually better for the environment?

Yes. Extending a phone’s life by even one year significantly cuts its lifetime carbon footprint, and reusing a device avoids the mining and manufacturing impact of building a new one. Less e-waste, less demand for new production.
