1) Processing & Dispatch

All products marked “In Stock” are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Auckland warehouse.
We partner with NZ Post to ensure every order is delivered quickly and securely.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2) Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Urban areas: 1–4 business days
Rural areas: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays.

3) Shipping Rates

Free NZ-wide delivery on every order — no minimum spend. Tracked courier is included at no extra cost.

4) Order Tracking

You can track your parcel through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

5) Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, factors such as weather disruptions or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery schedules.
