Frequently asked questions about the refurbished Apple Watch Series 5
What does EcoLoop's warranty cover?
Every refurbished device from EcoLoop comes with a 12-month Return-to-Base warranty covering hardware and functionality faults under normal use. It does not cover misuse, impact, liquid damage or unauthorised repair. Battery health is measured and stated on each listing.
How does buying certified pre-owned products benefit the environment?
Purchasing a certified pre-owned Apple Watch Series 5 is one of the most effective ways to reduce waste and minimize your carbon footprint. By giving high-quality products a second life, you're helping prevent valuable materials from ending up in landfills, where they can take centuries to decompose and release harmful toxins into the environment. EcoLoop is committed to supporting a more sustainable, circular economy, where products are reused, refurbished, and kept in circulation for longer. This not only conserves resources but also reduces the need to manufacture new items, cutting down on energy consumption, raw material extraction, and greenhouse gas emissions. Make a smarter, greener choice — every certified pre-owned product you buy helps create a more sustainable future for all.
What is EcoLoop's return policy?
You can return or exchange your Apple Watch Series 5 within 15 days of delivery, including change-of-mind returns, as long as it comes back in its original condition with all accessories. EcoLoop covers return shipping both ways. See our refund policy for details.
