Frequently asked questions

Do I need to sign out of iCloud before selling my iPhone?

Yes, please turn off Find My and sign out of iCloud. We will perform certified data erasure to NIST 800-88 standards as the first step of our inspection process.

How long does the iPhone trade-in process take?

The entire process usually takes 7 to 12 days, from when you ship your device to receiving payment. If you choose store credit instead of a bank transfer, you will receive an additional 10%.

Can I sell my iPhone if it is damaged?

Absolutely. We buy both working and lightly damaged devices. If we cannot purchase your specific condition, we will responsibly recycle the device for free.
