We've been selling refurbished tech on Reebelo since 2024, trading as NZCloud and EcoLoop. Across our Reebelo stores and this site we've earned 514 verified reviews averaging 4.8 out of 5 — every one of them from a real, paid order.
This site is our own store. Same Auckland workshop, same technicians, the same full functional inspection and the same 12-month warranty — you're just buying direct from us instead of through a marketplace. Welcome, and thanks for shopping with us.
Rated 4.6 out of 5 from 108 Google reviews. Many are from our repair and walk-in customers at 13D Paul Matthews Road, from before we were renamed EcoLoop.
Really happy with my experience with Ecoloop ! Everything was handled so quickly, which I really appreciated and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. It is not often you come across a service that is both this efficient and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Thank you to the Ecoloop team!I would definitely recommend them to others!!💕
I sent my iPhone to Auckland to get fixed as Chch fixers are no good I got recommended this one. Absolutely amazing customer service always letting me know what was happening I am beyond happy Good price too
Replaced Samsung S8 bulging battery for Work...
I wanted to take a moment to highly recommend Sunny Way Tech for anyone in need of phone repairs. Recently, I brought my phone in for a screen repair, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. The staff was friendly and communicated clearly throughout the process. The repair itself was flawless, and to top it all off, their prices were very reasonable. If you're looking for reliable and professional phone repair services, these guys are the best in the business.

Given that this was coming from NZ and delivered to NZ 4 working days is a little on the high side for delivery. Not a major issue, but you have asked for feedback. It was packaged well and seemed like a fair price.
Bought iPad but then purchase was cancelled and refunded. Repurchased the next day and was successful. Fast delivery. Average packaging for fragile content. iPad looks good and works well so far.
The only downside was that the MacBook I ordered wasn't ready for me to set up my account, so I had to erase the Mac myself other wise everything else was like expected
Good selection, delivered promptly with goods as desribed. Good economic alternative to buying latest models
Clear website. Good comms when something has been ordered.
Quick delivery and happy with the refurbished iPad. Thank you
It was easy to buy it online, the delivery was fast too. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is that online chat support would be very helpful.
Got what we asked for in great condition
Very good service thanks
Good product delivered on time
Super easy, cheap, my product works great, it did come dirty though. Other than that it works great and does exactly what I need it for.
Happy with product but was supposed to be at least 80% battery and was only 75%
Great 100%functional but the other thing is there's some scratch on the side of the phone but it's not a problem product are really worth to buy😊
I felt apprehensive at first, but everything arrived within 3 days and the condition was as described
