Delivery was fast 3 days. Product although happy with it so far was a little disappointed that it has quite a scratch on the winder and I paid for an “excellent “product. I understand it is not brand new but excellent shld not have a big scratch. Shld it???

Great product but communication was a little slow
The iPhone purchased all worked as expected, just pristine condition I would have expected to be in like new condition, if you looked hard the screen had signs of use even after toughly cleaning with isopropyl alcohol etc.
Everything wasf7ne. There were a couple of scratches on the phone and I went for the pristine model, but I was putting a case on it so no big deal.
